Watch Your Hangar Being Built!

Follow the construction of your Bozeman Hangar. Come back often as we'll be updating these pictures at key milestones along the construction process.


The site is surveyed and staked out, ready for the official groundbreaking soon!


After grading, the posts/columns are erected to create the framework for the building.		An initial vapor barrier base is laid down to begin construction on the floor.


The radiant in-floor heating system is diligently laid out and installed.		The pumping trucks arrive and deliver cement exactly where it is needed.


Our crew carefully spreads out the concrete over the heating system.		The floor is finished and begins curing, awaiting the construction of the walls and roof.


The SIP panels are in place to form the sturdy, insulated exterior walls.		The roof trusses are in place and the roof sheeting is being laid down.


The exterior walls are finished with Tuf-Rib™ steel building panels.		HydroSwing™ door framing is installed, awaiting finishing with front panels.


Electical service is installed and double-checked for safety.		More Tuf-Rib™ steel building panels. finish the front of the hangar.


The hangar doors are installed, bathrooms are framed out, and taxiways are paved.		Bathrooms are complete and electrical and phoneservice is installed.


Ceilings are finished, light fixtures are installed, and final cleanup is ready.		Hangars are complete and ready for your airplane to move in!
